This book not only gives the thorough theoretical approaches of using Carbon Nanotubes as the future body armor material but also describes the experimental aspects. In the experimental work 3-D macro-structured forms of CNTs were synthesized by utilizing a heteroatom boron doping strategy via novel in-situ chemical vapor deposition set-up. These CNTs are then incorporated in HIPP polymer matrix using Twin-Screw Extruder and Injection molded for Nano composite samples. The properties of CNTs and Nanocomposites are studied and explained in detail.
