Survivorship is a rapidly growing field of study in oncology and medicine overall. As the population of cancer survivors grows, an efficient and proactive system of care must be put in place to meet their long term needs. This book addresses just such a model as developed by the world famous MD Anderson Cancer Center. Cancer Survivorship is divided into 5 sections. The book concludes with additional information on resources for patients and providers.
